Tile roofing requires more precision than any other system — correct underlayment, proper battening, precise mortar and foam adhesive application, and strict attention to uplift specifications. Caliber's installation crews are trained on Westlake Royal products and follow manufacturer installation guidelines on every job.
We verify structural capacity before every tile install. Concrete tile adds significant dead load — we assess your roof decking, framing, and span before a single tile is ordered. Every installation is permitted, inspected, and backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer coverage.
